You know about fish oil, right? You've heard about how Omega 3s are good for you, and how getting healthier means shifting away from Omega 6s (like margarine, canola oil, sunflower oil etc), and increasing the amount of EPA and DHA in our diets.

The trouble with that has been that to make a meaningful difference, you'd need to be taking 8-10 of those big fish-oil capsules every day.

We hated doing that. Those damned pills were so big they always got stuck, and the reflux (that fishy burping) was awful.

That's when we decided to take the oil out of the capsule, remove the fish flavour, and add a tangy lemon that makes this superfood great right off the spoon, as an essential addition to any salad dressing or as a dipping oil for your bread.
